Dates
- Submissions will be accepted beginning September 1.
- The deadline to submit is October 30 at midnight EST.
- Approved presenters will be notified by November 20.
Presentation Topics
- We welcome presentations on analytical tools and workflows, projects, case studies, new insights, and related topics.
- Presentations may be designed for beginner, intermediate, or advanced audiences. During the submission process, you will be asked to indicate the intended audience level for your session.
- Presentations will be selected based on creativity, originality, relevance, and alignment with preferred topics identified through feedback from previous conference attendees.
Benefits
- Selected primary presenters will receive one complimentary conference registration if they book their stay within the CCAA-secured hotel block at Hilton Myrtle Beach.
- If there are multiple presenters for one session, only the primary speaker will receive the waived registration.
Submission Requirements
To submit a presentation proposal, you will need to provide:
- Presenter name
- Brief professional bio for the presenter. Maximum: 1,000 characters
- Presenter headshot photo
- Session title
- Brief description of your proposed session, including the topic, key takeaways, and how the session will benefit attendees. This abstract will be used to evaluate your submission and may also be included in the event program. Maximum: 2,000 characters.
- Intended audience level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced
- Preferred session length: 30, 45, or 60 minutes. If your topic may need two session slots, please note that in your submission. Longer sessions are not guaranteed, so please also indicate whether your presentation can be shortened to fit a single 60-minute session if needed.
- Your abstract should describe the topic, key takeaways, and how the session will benefit attendees. The abstract will be used to review your submission and may also be included in the event program.
- You do not need to submit your finalized presentation with your proposal. Only the abstract is required at this stage.
Presentation Information
- Microphones and projection equipment will be provided.
- To help reduce technical issues, all presenters, except masterclass instructors, should submit their presentation materials in advance. Each room will have a laptop with the presentation already loaded.
- If you are unable to submit your materials in advance or need to use your own device, please let us know on the submission form.
- Wi-Fi will be available in the classrooms for presenters. If your presentation depends on a live internet connection, please test it before your session begins.
