About CCAA

The Carolinas Crime Analysis Association (CCAA) is a fully affiliated International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) Regional Association. CCAA brings together crime analysts, criminal justice professionals, faculty, staff, and students from across the country to learn, connect, and advance the field of crime analysis.

Student CCAA-only membership
Student CCAA/IACA Dual membership*
CCAA Sponsor/Corporate membership

*Dual IACA/CCAA membership allows members to join both CCAA and the International Association of Crime Analysts through one membership process.

Membership Dues & Payment

Membership dues should be paid directly to CCAA through the CCAA website.

For dual memberships, CCAA will process the IACA portion of the membership on behalf of the member.

Memberships are offered on a prorated basis because the association-wide renewal date is September 15.

CCAA Sponsor/Corporate Membership - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Corporate sponsors will not have voting authority and cannot hold elected office in CCAA, but they do have the option to have their corporation listed on the CCAA website upon payment of dues and account approval by the Vice President of Membership.

Professional CCAA Membership (CCAA Only) $25.00 (USD), prorated to $6.25 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 15th No automatically recurring payments Professional membership is open to current and former crime analysts, other related professionals in the criminal justice field, both in the public and private sectors, and those involved in crime analysis through educational pursuits, including relevant faculty, staff, and students, from any state. Professional members have full voting authority upon payment of dues and account approval by the Vice President of Membership. This membership is for CCAA and does not include membership for any affiliates.

Professional CCAA/IACA Dual Membership $40.00 (USD), prorated to $10.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 15th No automatically recurring payments Professional membership is open to current and former crime analysts, other related professionals in the criminal justice field, both in the public and private sectors, and those involved in crime analysis through educational pursuits, including relevant faculty, staff, and students, from any state. Professional members have full voting authority upon payment of dues and account approval by the Vice President of Membership.

Student CCAA Membership (CCAA Only) $15.00 (USD), prorated to $3.75 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 15th No automatically recurring payments Student membership is open to current full-time or part-time graduate or undergraduate students from any state who are interested in criminal justice. Student members have full voting authority upon payment of dues and account approval by the Vice President of Membership. This student membership is for CCAA and does not include any affiliates.

Student CCAA/IACA Dual Membership $30.00 (USD), prorated to $7.50 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: September 15th No automatically recurring payments Student membership is open to current full-time or part-time graduate or undergraduate students from any state who are interested in criminal justice. Student members have full voting authority upon payment of dues and account approval by the Vice President of Membership.
