Registration Prices

Early Bird Pricing (July 1, 2026 - November 1, 2026)

  • CCAA Member: $250
  • Non-CCAA Member: $300
  • Student: $150

Please note that early Bird payment must be received by the Early Bird deadline of November 1, 2026. If payment is not received by that date, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the regular registration price.

Regular Registration Pricing (starting on November 2, 2026)

  • CCAA Member: $325
  • Non-CCAA Member: $375
  • Student: $175 

Approved primary presenters will receive complimentary registration. 

Registration Includes

  • Attendee bag and lanyard
  • Monday, March 15: Cocktail hour during early check-in. Drinks only.
  • Tuesday, March 16: Welcome Reception at Black Drum Brewery, located on-site. RSVP required. Dinner and beverages included.
  • Wednesday, March 17: Lunch; Pickleball Tournament located on-site. RSVP required. Snacks provided.
  • Thursday, March 18: Lunch. 

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Vice President of Finance at Finance@carolinascrimeanalysis.org. Refunds will be issued based on the date the request is received.

  • 90 or more days before the event: 100% refund
  • 60 to 89 days before the event: 50% refund
  • 30 to 59 days before the event: 25% refund
  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund
