Early Bird Pricing (July 1, 2026 - November 1, 2026)

*Early Bird payment must be received by the Early Bird deadline of November 1, 2026. If payment is not received by that date, your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the regular registration price.

• CCAA Member: $250
• Non-CCAA Member: $300
• Student: $150

Regular Registration Pricing (starting on November 2, 2026)

• CCAA Member: $325
• Non-CCAA Member: $375
• Student: $175 

Approved primary presenters will receive complimentary registration. 

Registration Includes

• Attendee bag and lanyard
• Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
• Afternoon snacks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 
• Cocktail hour during early check-in on Monday evening, March 15
• Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, March 16, at Black Drum Brewery located on-site. RSVP required. Dinner and beverages included.
• Pickleball Tournament on-site on Wednesday, March 17. RSVP required. Snacks provided. 

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Vice President of Finance at Finance@carolinascrimeanalysis.org. Refunds will be issued based on the date the request is received.

• 90 or more days before the event: 100% refund
• 60 to 89 days before the event: 50% refund
• 30 to 59 days before the event: 25% refund
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund
