Conference Hotel & Rates

• The conference will be held at the Hilton Myrtle Beach at Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

• A discounted room block has been negotiated for conference attendees for March 15–18. The nightly room rate is $187.00, which includes breakfast for one person each day at Cafe Amalfi on-site. All guest rooms include a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, private balcony, and Wi-Fi.

• A discounted resort fee of $15 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes, will be added to all guest rooms. This brings the total nightly room charge to $202.00, plus applicable state and local taxes.

• The discounted parking fee for our group is $10 per day.

Room Block Deadline

• We appreciate your support of our room block. Staying at the conference hotel keeps you just steps away from sessions, networking, and conference activities. You’ll avoid an extra commute, morning parking stress, and lost time between activities. Your stay also helps keep the event affordable. Rooms booked in our block help offset the cost of the classroom spaces we use for the conference.
• Reservations must be made by February 12, 2027. This is the final deadline to secure a room at the conference hotel, and it will not be extended.

Room Types

• We know some attendees may be traveling solo, while others may want to bring family members or spouses to enjoy Myrtle Beach during the conference. To accommodate different travel needs, we secured several room type options within the conference room block. All room types are available at the same rate of $187.00 per night. Breakfast for additional guests can be purchased. Room types are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a preferred room type or need a room that accommodates more guests, we strongly encourage you to book early.
• • Enhanced Ocean View King Room: Includes one king bed, one bathroom, a private balcony with the best ocean view, and a work area. Sleeps 2.
  • Ocean View King Room: Includes one king bed, one bathroom, a private balcony with an ocean view, and a work area. Sleeps 2.
  • Ocean View King and Queen Room: Includes one king bed, one queen bed, one bathroom, a private balcony with an ocean view, and a work area. Sleeps 4.
• Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Extend Your Stay

• Guests may extend their visit at the special room block rate for up to three days before and after the event, based on availability.

Deposit and Cancellation

• To reserve a room within the conference room block, guests must provide a valid credit card and a deposit equal to the first night’s stay. The deposit is refundable up to 5 days before arrival.
