Akshata Kumavat serves as the Intelligence Operations Manager for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is an advisor and strategist for planning intelligence projects with patrol, specialized investigative units, and the jail. She also oversees risk issues, changes, and impact within these projects. She was elevated to this role after supervising a team of analysts and field intelligence investigators. AK is also CICA and PMP certified. She has a MS in Criminal Justice and Crime Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Previously, she was an attorney at Bombay High Court, India, with core practice in criminal law and procedure.
Randall Stickley is the Lead Intelligence-Targeting Analyst for KACE Company, where he provides expertise in investigative and intelligence analysis to federal law enforcement and national security clients, focusing on illicit firearms and narcotics trafficking. With a career spanning roles such as intelligence specialist for the NW3C and supervising analyst for the TIPS project, Randy has developed capabilities to address drug crises, corporate security, and national security issues. He actively contributes to the National Network of Fusion Centers and is currently an Intelligence Liaison Officer for the Northern Virginia Regional Intelligence Center. A certified expert in criminal and cybercrime intelligence, Randy is also a recognized instructor and a committed member of professional organizations like IALEIA and IACA. He holds a dual BA in National Security and Political Science from Fairmont State University and advanced certifications in intelligence tradecraft.
