This class will provide useful insight into all things CDR. It will not focus on any one software to make it applicable to all! This world is ever changing and evolving, so new and very recent examples and tactics will be shared. Come discover the latest and greatest in call detail record analysis! All ability levels welcome! Each cell phone carrier will be broken down/analyzed with examples of their data and how to obtain it. Specific software knowledge is not required. Learn how to unleash your inner CDR badass!

Mike Winslow is a Senior Police Analyst for the Scottsdale (Arizona) Police Department. He brings over 15 years of experience including tactical, criminal, and strategic analysis from his work in Scottsdale as well as the Phoenix Police Department. Mike's practical knowledge and application of his analytical skills have positioned him as a go-to resource for a variety of analytical issues. Formally educated in analysis and a certified AZ POST Trainer, Mike quickly was recognized as a leader in his department (Chief's Award of Excellence, Scottsdale Police Department) rising to recognition as a state and regional leader as the former President of the Arizona Association of Crime Analysts (AACA). He has instructed training classes for Bair Analytics, AACA, IACA, IHIA, IALEIA, LexisNexis, Crime Analysts of Illinois Association, FDLE, FCIAA, CCAA, and the East Valley Gang & Criminal Information Fusion Center. He was also the Keynote speaker at the Minnesota Crime Analysis Training Symposium in 2019. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Arizona State University. He was awarded AACA Member of the Year.
