The 2025 CCAA Conference will be held at Shell Island Resort, where a block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate of $149 per night. Additional charges include a $25 per night resort fee, $10 daily parking fee, and applicable taxes. To book your room, please call the hotel’s reservations department at (910) 256-8696 and mention the group name "2025 CCAATC" to ensure your reservation is properly linked to the conference block. Reservations must be made by February 26, 2025, and a credit card guarantee is required. Online reservations are not available. The hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy, and a deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking, with the full balance due at check-in.
